1960 :
     Mr. Serge Bourassa joint with his father and the company became BOURASSA and sons.

1965 :
     Mr. Serge Bourassa becomes the only owner of the company which takes the name of S. BOURASSA ENRG.

1974 :
     The Company is incorporated and become S. BOURASSA LTÉE.

1980 :
     In June 1980, the company acquires a building in Sainte-Agathe-Sud and during the year, the company moved its buildings of Shawbridge to Sainte-Agathe-Sud. The opening of the new building took place on April 8, 1981.

1986 :
     In 1986, while keeping its customers of distribution, the company decides to open to large public, to become a warehouse store, (cash & carry).

1990 :
     In 1990, the Company acquires a building on the Boulevard of Laurentides at Piedmont and the official opening of second S. Bourassa Ltée took place on June 22, 1991.

1996 :
     In November 1996, Mr. Serge Bourassa joins one of his employees, Mrs. Micheline Barbe (managing store of Piedmont). This association was to create to devellop and increase the business of Piedmont which is saturated as much with space as in variety of products and to better answer its customers.

1997 :
     In 1997, the promoter of Place of the Cinema, Mr. Ronald Bussey, meets Mr. Serge Bourassa and discussions places so that Mr. Bourassa acquires the ground located just at the back of the restaurant Mc Donald. From February to June 1997, the Company S. Bourassa Ltée with the Deschamps and Desjardins firm, via Mr. Pierre Desjardins, as well as the office of architect of Mr. Richard Coté work within architecture of a new store S. Bourassa Ltée which would be located at Place of the Cinema at St-Sauveur. We thank the town of Saint-Sauveur for excellent collaboration and the support that it offered to us to make the project in term.

Décembre 1997 :
     S.Bourassa(St-Sauveur) opens its doors to the public to the 105 street Guindon, Saint-Sauveur-des-Monts.

1999 :
    Mr. Serge Bourassa acquires a building at Mount-Tremblant in order to develop a third store in Laurentides.

2000 :
     Mr. Serge Bourassa transfer his business of Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts to his son Marc Bourassa and works to enlarge his acquisition of Mount-Tremblant with his son Stéphane Bourassa so that this one can develop here his own store.

Juin 2002 :
     Opening to the public of the commerce of Mount-Tremblant operated by Mr. Stéphane Bourassa.

Décembre 2002 :
     Mr. Serge Bourassa and Mrs. Micheline Barbe, in collaboration with their manufacturers, make special for their 5th anniversary of operation to St-Sauveur with prices of 5 years ago.
